During the 1930's it was very rare to see any large aircrafts however the US Douglas Aircraft Corp decided to make an aircraft larger than any aircraft in the world. It was built in the 1930's and it was completed in 1941. It was said that it was the largest aircraft in the world, its primary role was a heavy bomber but it was never seen in combat and it is experimental.
